Returns and Exchange

We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Mandatory: An unboxing video (from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible) is required for approval of any return/exchange request. 

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. 

Returns will not be accepted for opened cosmetics, perfumes, or hygiene-related products (unless damaged/defective on arrival). 

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, the reason for return, and a video of the unboxing. 

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is inspected and approved.

Cancellation Policy - Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch,whichever is earlier. - Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. - For prepaid orders, refunds willbe processed within 5–7 working days.
