Shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, you can raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Here’s everything you need to know.

Mandatory: Unboxing Video

An unboxing video — recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible — is required to approve any return or exchange request.

Condition of the Product

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

What’s Not Returnable

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened cosmetics, perfumes, or hygiene-related products — unless they arrived damaged or defective on delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer.

Luggage items carry a ₹800 return shipping surcharge due to the higher freight cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, orders can’t be cancelled.
Prepaid orders are refunded within 5–7 working days.
