Orders & Payment

How do I place an order on Manglam World?

Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, click Checkout, fill in your shipping address, choose a payment method, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes. If you don't, check your spam folder or contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net banking from 50+ Indian banks, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on most pin codes.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available across most Indian pin codes for orders up to ₹5,000. COD availability is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address. A nominal COD handling fee may apply for some orders.

Are prices on Manglam World inclusive of GST?

Yes. All prices displayed include GST. You'll receive a GST-compliant invoice with every order — useful if you're claiming input credit for business purchases.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before the parcel is dispatched — whichever is earlier. After dispatch, the order can't be cancelled but can be returned within 7 days of delivery (see Returns section below).

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata) typically receive orders in 3–4 working days. Tier-2/3 cities and remote pin codes take 5–7 working days.

When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow the parcel in real time.

Do you charge shipping fees?

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Orders above ₹999 typically qualify for free standard shipping. Bulky items like full-size luggage may attract a small additional handling charge — we'll inform you before dispatch.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it goes live.

What if my parcel is lost or stuck in transit?

If your tracking hasn't updated for 48+ hours or your parcel is showing as undelivered past the estimated date, contact us with your order ID. We'll raise a query with the courier and either reship or refund based on what's fastest for you.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returns require an unboxing video (from sealed parcel to the product becoming fully visible). The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact. Opened cosmetics, perfumes, and hygiene-related products are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective on arrival.

Why do you require an unboxing video?

The unboxing video protects you (it's hard proof that an item arrived damaged or incorrect) and protects us from return fraud that ultimately pushes prices up for every customer. Start recording before you open the sealed parcel and keep filming until the product is fully visible — a 30-second clip is enough.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us via the Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order ID, the reason for return, and your unboxing video. Our team will reply within one business day with the pickup or self-ship instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected. Prepaid order refunds go back to the original payment method. COD order refunds are processed via bank transfer — we'll request your bank details when we approve the return.

Can I exchange instead of refund?

Yes — exchanges are allowed for the same product (different size/colour, if available) within the same 7-day window. If the replacement is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.

Product Authenticity & Warranty

Are the products on Manglam World 100% authentic?

Yes. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorised distributors or the brand itself. We do not list grey-market, refurbished, or duplicate stock. Every order ships with original packaging, brand tags, and warranty cards where applicable.

Do products come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, where the brand provides one. American Tourister backpacks carry a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects — the warranty card is included in the box. Skinn by Titan fragrances and deodorants don't carry a warranty (they're consumables) but are guaranteed authentic.

How do I claim warranty on a backpack?

Contact the brand's nearest service centre with your original invoice (we email this with every order) and the warranty card. American Tourister has service centres in 50+ Indian cities. If you can't locate one, write to us and we'll help connect you.

What if I receive a wrong, damaged, or fake product?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and the unboxing video. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup and either replace the product or process a full refund — your choice.

Backpacks (American Tourister)

Which laptop size fits a Zork 2.0 or Rollio-U?

Both fit up to a 15.6" laptop comfortably. The Squid Games 25L fits up to a 14" laptop.

Are these backpacks waterproof?

They are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. The 600D polyester body with DWR coating handles light rain and brief downpours. For sustained monsoon exposure, use a rain cover.

How do I clean my backpack?

Spot-clean with a soft cloth, mild detergent, and lukewarm water. Avoid machine washing — it damages the padded back panel and laptop sleeve. Air-dry away from direct sunlight. Empty all pockets and unzip every compartment before cleaning.

Fragrances (Skinn by Titan)

What's the shelf life of a Skinn deodorant or perfume?

Unopened: 3 years from manufacture date (printed on the base of the bottle). Opened: best used within 18–24 months for peak top-note projection. Store in a cool, dark cupboard — not in a hot bathroom or near a window.

What's the difference between Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Deodorant?

Eau de Parfum has the highest fragrance concentration (15–20%) and lasts 6–8+ hours. Eau de Toilette is lighter (5–15%) and lasts 4–6 hours. Deodorants are alcohol-based sprays with fragrance and odour-control agents — typically 4–8 hours of wear with a sweat-control bonus.

Can perfumes be shipped via air courier?

Yes — fragrances are classified as limited-quantity liquids and ship via our standard courier partners. Domestic shipping within India is unrestricted on the sizes we sell (up to 150ml).
